                      School Incursion Program

BRRAG’s school program activities are based on a 'good river/bad river' model on a trailer. The students stand on the side steps of the trailer to view what makes a healthy river and a degraded river.

Pre and post visit lessons are available to teachers when booking and support the  WA Australian Curriculum Science, Humanities and General Capabilities.

The BRRAG education program is available to primary schools within the Brunswick, Australind, Bunbury, Eaton and Harvey areas.

The 20-minute lesson caters to maximum of 32 students in Years 4 to 6.

A minimum of 60 students is required for an incursion.

Teachers must prepare for the trailer incursion by completing one of the pre-visit activities provided. An undercover or a shady area to park the trailer river model and access to power and water is required.
